Whether you are new to Royal LePage^® or you are a long-standing member of the network, this 5 week orientation plan gives you a comprehensive introduction to your brokerage, the Royal LePage network and Royal LePage’s suite of tools and services.

By the end of this 5 week program, you will:

• Know all the key people and departments at your brokerage.
• Be setup to use Royal LePage’s services such as Gmail, Google Workspace and rlpSPHERE™ on all your devices.
• Understand how Royal LePage’s tools and services support you in your prospecting and marketing efforts.
• Further expand your skills with Royal LePage proprietary training (including webinars delivered by Buffini & Co, Leader’s Edge and the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing) in marketing, prospecting, online lead management and more.
• Have participated in various mentoring and self coaching activities to assist in your success in real estate.
