The single property website is automatically created when your listing carries the Carriage Trade flag and is integrated listings data. This custom-designed listing tool sets you apart from the competition.

YouTube-hosted video tour

Sync your YouTube channel to your CORE Listing Machine and once that’s complete all of your luxury listings will have a video tour automatically created and added to your channel.

Please note: When you add/remove images your video tour link will change, so be sure to update the link once you’ve placed it somewhere e.g. your listing’s Single Property Website.

Templates are separated into two different Brands: My Company (Royal LePage designs) and Carriage Trade.  All designs can be personalized for an agent, co-agent and team entity.

Assets include:

Print: Flyers, postcards, door hangers and rack cards

Social: Main feed posts (automatically posted to your channels, square and story social carousels and posts)

Designs include a QR code option. Simply toggle the QR code feature “ON” in the Editor and choose the domain. It will take the consumer to the Listing Details webpage on the website.
