Listing Administration
Welcome to the Listings Administration portal, your comprehensive dashboard for managing and enhancing your real estate listings with Royal LePage®. Whether you are looking to enhance your MLS® listings, create exclusive listings, manage your Carriage Trade® luxury properties, or analyze the performance of your listings, this portal is equipped with all the tools you need.
Royal LePage Exclusive Listing Hub
A dedicated platform to manage and create exclusive listings:
- Simple Listing Creation: Choose the right Exclusive Category for your property and get it published quickly.
- Visibility Control: Select between “Public” or “REALTOR® Only” visibility options to target the appropriate audience.
- Search all exclusive listings created by our network of agents and brokers.
NOTICE: Following the CREA REALTOR® Cooperation Policy, effective on January 3, 2024, REALTORS® must place exclusive listings on an MLS® System within three (3) calendar days.
Please ensure you remove your exclusive listings from the Royal LePage Exclusive Hub platform should your listing not fall under the exemptions provided in this policy.
Exclusions include but are not limited to:
- Commercial property listings (i.e., business properties, agricultural properties);
- New construction listings in developments with multiple properties or units (i.e., residential development projects, condo development projects); and
- Rental property listings.
- Seller Informed Decision: For properties not covered by exemptions, if a seller chooses not to list on an MLS®, it is imperative to inform them about the benefits of MLS® listing and obtain written confirmation of their decision to forego this, as per CREA policy.
Please refer to the policy or contact your real estate board to ensure compliance.
Enhance MLS® Listings
Top up existing MLS® listings in the following ways:
- Provide additional remarks*
- Add neighbourhood notes and photo
- Correct your listing’s location on the map
- Suppress QuickQuote™, Neighbourhood info and Walkscore
*Note: If you provide additional remarks, this will give your listing an “Info+” flag on royallepage.ca to distinguish it from other listings. Unique information on royallepage.ca vs realtor.ca also helps to provide the website more traffic and more leads.
If you enhance the Description received from CREA/GMREB, future updates from your Board will no longer automatically be shown on royallepage.ca
Looking to remove QuickQuote from your listing? Follow the easy steps below.
- Select the “Enhance MLS Listings” option above.
- Select the listing you want to remove QuickQuote ad
- Click on “Enhance Listing”
- Under the “SUPPRESS ADDITIONAL LISTING INFORMATION DISPLAY” section, check the box next to “Hide QuickQuote”
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Save”
- The listing will refresh automatically in the next hour or so and QuickQuote will be removed from your listing.
Note that you will need to repeat this process should you need to remove from other listings, or if a listing has been updated and given a new MLS number.
