Mandatory commission disclosure form 

The OACIQ requires that real estate brokers in Quebec disclose all referral commissions they receive to their clients, including when it comes to mortgage referrals. Once the form is signed, it must be handed out to your office’s assigned administrative assistant, according to Article 1 of the Regulation respecting records, books and registers, trust accounting and inspection of brokers and agencies.
