ShowingTime is the residential real estate industry’s leading showing management and market stats technology provider with more than 1.2 million active listings subscribed to its services. ShowingTime Appointment Center

The ShowingTime Appointment Center provides live appointment specialists to complete all showing management tasks for the subscribing office’s listings 24/7/365. Appointment specialists located in Canada and the United States answer inbound appointment calls with an average answer speed of 10 seconds. Outbound calls to listing agents, homeowners and occupants can all be private branded with the name of the subscribing company. ShowingTime Appointment Center services are available for companies, teams or individual agents. Offices using ShowingTime Front Desk (see below) can take advantage of ShowingTime’s part-time Appointment Center service to cover nights and weekends or be used on demand, and can be added to their account as an upgrade for half the normal fees. ShowingTime Appointment Center Plus

ShowingTime Appointment Center Plus is a broker, team or agent upgrade to the ShowingTime Appointment Center (also available to ShowingTime Front Desk users who have the part-time Appointment Center) that adds tour scheduling support for buyer’s agents. Instead of a buyer’s agent calling each of the listing contacts shown in the Multiple Listing Service® system, buyer’s agents can make one call to ShowingTime and provide the desired tour details. Appointment Center Plus specialists will then make the showing requests for the requested listings on behalf of the buyer’s agent. Buyer’s agents gain back valuable time in their workday by making only one phone call to ShowingTime instead of multiple calls to various listing contacts. As appointments are confirmed – sometimes as fast as 15 minutes – the buyer’s agent receives electronic confirmations in the mode they choose.

ShowingTime Live Connect

ShowingTime Live Connect is another broker, team or agent upgrade to the ShowingTime Appointment Center (and can be added to ShowingTime Front Desk user accounts that have part-time Appointment Center service). With ShowingTime Live Connect, ShowingTime’s 24/7/365 staff will answer all calls with a private branded greeting, record the messages then deliver the messages to the recipient by their choice of text message, email or mobile app notification. Only legitimate messages are logged, and can be reviewed on a report for the client. This service does not include live transfer of calls or conditional message delivery.

ShowingTime Front Desk

A front desk solution introduces efficiency to allow your staff to move beyond booking showings into higher value services for your agents.

ShowingTime Front Desk is browser-based showing management system used by admin staff, teams or agents. Users can track and record showing appointment requests for listings whether the showing is initiated online through ShowingTime, or entered into Front Desk by the user by pointing and clicking. Phone-initiated showing requests can be entered in the system with a quick showing agent look up from the Multiple Listing Service® roster that populates Front Desk, which is automatically synchronized every 15 minutes. Once the showing agent is identified, the user can select a listing, view the showing instructions for the listing, then continue to the showing confirmation process. A user can be equipped to either view only their own listings, the listings for their team or for the entire office/company. Showing requests that are initiated online through the ShowingTime for the MLS® service are automatically imported to the “task” list for the user, which speeds up the confirmation process by eliminating the inbound phone call. Listings can be configured for instant confirmation, such as when a listing is vacant, or for “appointment required” showings where specific approval is required from the homeowner or occupant. Users can log a message into ShowingTime Front Desk and send it to a selected agent as a one-way message notification. The agent recipient of the message can choose to receive messages according to their choice of email, text message or mobile app notification. Text message notifications will include a link to read the message through a mobile browser page or the ShowingTime mobile app. Staff-to-member messaging as well as group messaging that includes administrative staff is also included.

ShowingTime Offer Registration

ShowingTime Offer Registration allows users, or the ShowingTime Appointment Center staff, to log and track offer registrations on company listings. Features include automatic counting of offers registered for a listing, tracking of offer presentation dates, notification to all buyer’s agents of registered offers as well as form 801 attachment.
