- How do I change my password? You can change your password by visiting your profile by clicking on “Welcome Your Name” at the top-right of the homepage in rlpNetwork.com
- I always seem to forget my password! Consider using a password vault to save your username and password for various websites. Note that you can also add a Recovery Email to your rlpNetwork profile so we can send you password reset instructions. You can change or add your recovery email by visiting your profile by clicking on “Welcome Your Name” at the top-right of the homepage in rlpNetwork.com
- How do I update my profile? You can update your profile by clicking on “Welcome Your Name” at the top-right of the homepage in rlpNetwork.com
- How do I find out about the Royal LePage Sales Awards & Recognition program? You can find information about Royal LePage Awards and Recognition Programs in the Marketing > Awards and Recognition Programs section of rlpNetwork. This section provides information on Award Qualifying Thresholds, Award Logos and Guidelines, Award Winners, My Awards Information, Ordering Awards, and Top Tier Program.
- How do I access rlpSPHERE? rlpSPHERE is available to all Royal LePage agents. You can access it by visiting rlpnetwork.com/rlpsphere or by downloading the rlpSPHERE app on iOS or Android.
- Where can I find Preferred Suppliers? Royal LePage has partnerships with brand leaders in various industries as part of their Preferred Suppliers program. You can find information about these partnerships in the Marketing section of rlpNetwork > Preferred Suppliers.
- How do I change my profile photo? You can change your profile photo by by visiting your profile by clicking on “Welcome Your Name” at the top-right of the homepage in rlpNetwork.com
- How do I access my leads? You can access your leads through the Royal LePage® Smart Leads™ lead distribution portal, powered by Lead Assign. You will also find your leads in rlpSPHERE.
- How do I modify Languages spoken/area serviced in my profile? You can modify Languages spoken/area serviced by visiting your profile and clicking on “Welcome Your Name” at the top-right of the homepage in rlpNetwork.com
- How do I change my name? Changing your name can be done by contacting Customer Care for assistance with this matter. You can reach them by emailing help@royallepage.ca or calling 1-877-757-4545.
Email FAQ
- Do I have an @royallepage.ca email? If you made it this far and have logged in to rlpNetwork.com, you more than likely have an @royallepage.ca email. If you have an active Royal LePage email account, your username is your address, i.e. xxxxx@royallepage.ca. If you do not have a Royal LePage email address, please contact your office or Customer Care to confirm your username.
- What does my @royallepage.ca offer? Other than having a cool domain name, your @royallepage.ca email is similar to having a Gmail account. You have access to tons of extras, such as Google Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides and more!
- How do I change my email password? In order to keep things easy for you, your email password is synced from the same password you have set in rlpNetwork.com. If you need to change your email password, you can change your password by visiting your profile by clicking on “Welcome Your Name” at the top-right of the homepage in rlpNetwork.com. Once you have changed your password there, it will sync over to your email in the next 20-30 mins.
- How do I change my email address? Changing your email address can only be done by contacting Customer Care for assistance with this matter. You can reach them by emailing help@royallepage.ca or calling 1-877-757-4545.
- My email storage is full. Google Workspace storage is shared between Drive, Gmail and Photos. The amount of storage for each user depends on your Workspace edition. If you’re close to or over your limit, you can permanently delete unwanted files to clear space, move them to the bin, then empty your bin. If you need additional storage, please contact Royal LePage Customer Care at help@royallepage.ca or 1-877-757-4545.
- I’m locked out of my email! If Google suspects that an unauthorized user is trying to sign in to an account, Google presents them with a login challenge. If the user can’t enter the requested information, we won’t let them sign in to the account. To avoid this, consider adding your recovery details to your Google account. If you are still unable to log in, please contact Customer Care for assistance. You can reach us by emailing help@royallepage.ca or calling 1-877-757-4545.

- I have an issue with my listing(s) not showing on royallepage.ca and/or rlpSPHERE. Please contact Royal LePage Customer Care at help@royallepage.ca or 1-877-757-4545 for assistance.
- My Listings photos are not displaying/updating on royallepage.ca and/or rlpSPHERE. Please contact Royal LePage Customer Care at help@royallepage.ca or 1-877-757-4545.
- How do I remove QuickQuote™ from a listing? To remove QuickQuote from a listing, visit Marketing > My Listings > Enhance MLS Listings.
- My listings is not mapped properly. To fix the map position, on a listing, visit Marketing > My Listings > Enhance MLS Listings.
- The wrong neighbourhood is showing on my listing. This may be caused by an incorrect geolocation.To fix the map position, on a listing, visit Marketing > My Listings > Enhance MLS Listings.
- I want to hide the neighbourhood info on a listing. To hide the neighbourhood info on a listing, visit Marketing > My Listings > Enhance MLS Listings.

- How do I access my leads? You can access your leads through the Smart Leads lead distribution portal, powered by Lead Assign. You will also find your leads in rlpSPHERE.
- How do I sign-up to receive distributed leads? This program and participation is managed by each individual brokerage. For more details, please speak with your Broker.

rlpNetwork Tools for Brokerages
Your Brokerage Google Calendar
When you log into rlpNetwork, the home page will display a calendar exclusive for your brokerage. Your administrative and management staff can add and manage events, reminders and various calendaring options visible exclusively to your brokerage. You can also toggle over to a calendar of Royal LePage national events. Learn more in this User Guide for Brokerage Calendars. Visit the rlpNetwork homepage to view and modify your calendar.
Dynamic Distribution Lists
Send email notices, files and documents to your entire brokerage, or to specific offices within your company. This eliminates the need to manually maintain email distribution lists. Your distribution lists are created automatically from data pulled from your roster (as you currently manage through rlpNetwork > Managing > Manage People).
