Our exclusive partnership with Youman Media affords you the ability to have standard brochures (1 – 4 pages) and CASL compliant email drip campaigns distributed to your fellow Royal LePage Commercial practitioners and competing commercial brokerages across the country.
You can:
Send a link to your MLS® listing OR Provide a complete property address including street number, city and province, quality property photos (at least one image must be provided), property/offering summary indicating if the property is For Sale or Lease, or both, and your contact information. Indicate who you want the property brochure to be distributed to (i.e., All Royal LePage Commercial members, all brokerages within a CMA [TREB], or private contact list supplied by you (it will remain private and will not be shared)).
Within 24 to 36 hours, Youman Media will send you an editable email version as well as a downloadable pdf. Once you have approved all edits, the email campaign will be distributed as per your instructions.
Note: This is a service available to all Royal LePage Commercial members at no additional cost.
Pre-determine your target audience for each campaign to avoid email fatigue.
Property Search Campaigns
Provide Youman Media with a detailed description of the property type, location, size and any other attributes, to clearly portray a snapshot of your client’s search requirements. Turnaround time for this type of email drip campaign is approximately 24 hours.
